The community intends to apply for funding from the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) and as part of the application, the community must provide income information from the residents in the service area. The survey offers two options: 1) Coming into the Jackson WSC Office and filling out the form. or 2) A representative or two, will knock at your door, but will never ask to come into your home. They will ask you only three questions: A) To confirm your address; B) Your total household annual income; and C) The total number of people living at that address. The survey will only be taken Monday through Friday between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM, Saturdays between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM and Sundays between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM
**LATE FEES**
As of 9/1/21 our late fees have increased from $5.00 to $10.00 after the 5th. So please be aware that this will increase your bill in the event it's not paid by the 5th of the month.
