COVID-19 Update 6/1/2020 Lobby Reopening for Limited Services


We will be reopening the lobby for limited services. Those services are as follows: new service, transfer of service and discontinue of service. All payments will still be handled in the drive thru or drop box to minimize contact. There is a limit of 1 person at a time in the lobby so the door will remain locked. It is best to call ahead of time and set up an appointment. All drop ins will be handled in a first come first serve manner. When you arrive, you will park and call the staff to let them know you are here. They will further instruct you on the entry process. We will be doing a screening to allow entry for the safety and health or our customer's and staff. See screening form below.


Prevent COVID-19:

Screening Checklist – Recommendations for Jackson Water Supply Visitors

ALL individuals (customers, visitors) entering the building should be asked the following questions:

1.    Has this individual washed their hands or used alcohol-based hand rub before entry?


        No – please ask them to do so.


2.    Ask the individual if they have any of the following symptoms?

       Fever (checking for temperature is not necessary)

       Sore throat


        New shortness of breath

      Have you or anyone in the family (household recently lost your sense of smell or taste?

      Do you or anyone in the family (household) have any GI symptoms?



       Even if you don’t currently have any of the above symptoms, have you or anyone in the family (household) experienced any of these symptoms in the last 14 days?

       Have you or anyone in the family (household) been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days?

       Have you or anyone in the family (household) traveled outside the United States by air or cruise ship in the past 14 days?

        Have you or anyone in the family (household) traveled within the United States by air, bus or train within the past 14 days?


If YES to any, DO NOT ALLOW entry into the building.


If NO to all proceed to question #3.


3.    Ask the individual if they are:

       High risk (suggest that they wear a mask mustbe supplied by Customer)
